N.D. needs David Montgomery
Apparently political reporters in North Dakota have been warned twice about proper attire when covering Capitol issues.
The reporters have been cautioned against wearing tank tops and tube tops* without additional garments over them.
My favorite part of the snark in this piece is this line: “and despite no evidence that scantily clad ink-stained wretches have ever existed in Bismarck.”
Argus Leader Media sent David Montgomery to Pierre for the 2013 legislative session. I feel confident no editor here had to go through his suitcase to make sure he’d packed anything unsuitable. However, if anyone has a photo of David in a tube top in Pierre, please share it.
*Tube tops? Do they still make those? And does anyone wear them in the winter unless that “additional garment” is a parka?
